  • Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only. Our Compliance team retains all information received from students for the purpose of delivering the service. The student’s information is maintained in secure locations and is protected by the assigned Records Manager, and an Audit Team.
  • All backup files are maintained in secure locations and protected by staff authorization controls and confidentiality.
  • All backup information is located in a secure location accessible only to authorized personnel, as well as being protected by encryption. Security incidents should be escalated to the appropriate person or team within our organization to determine if a breach has occurred. We will always keep you apprised of any changes to data privacy and security procedures, including practices and policies. You may however request at any time for information regarding where and how data is stored, processed, and utilized.

6. Request for modification, restriction, or deletion of the personal data

If any of your personal information is incorrect, you have the right to have it updated without any delay. At any time, you can ask us to put a stop to further use of your personal information. If you’d like your personal information deleted, you can ask us to do so. We will comply with your request for deletion without any delay.
